1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website greenekorea.com (the "Site") and any booking made through it, operated by Solia Co., Ltd. ("GreeneStay," "we," "us"), a registered business in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 114-87-26445). By browsing the Site or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings made directly through greenekorea.com are processed via our booking engine (Beds24) and confirmed by email once payment is authorized.
You must provide accurate guest details (name, contact information, expected arrival time) at the time of booking.
Room rates displayed on the Site are per room, per night, in KRW (Korean Won) unless otherwise stated, and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
A valid booking confirmation and photo ID matching the reservation name are required at check-in.

3. Direct Booking Discount

Guests who book directly through greenekorea.com may be eligible for a discount via a coupon code we provide upon request. This discount is offered at our discretion, may vary or be withdrawn at any time, and applies only to bookings made directly on this Site.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, other guests, and the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building, including guest rooms and shared indoor spaces. Guests found smoking indoors may be charged a cleaning/deodorizing fee and asked to leave without refund.
Damage to the property beyond normal wear may be charged to the guest's registered payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or end a stay in cases of illegal activity, harassment of other guests or staff, or serious violation of house rules, without refund of the remaining stay.

6. Self Check-in

GreeneStay uses self check-in via smart lock. Access codes or instructions are sent prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for any consequences of sharing them with unauthorized parties.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.

8. Website Use

Content on this Site (text, photos, design) belongs to GreeneStay or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
